When you send us a request
When you use the request form on this website, we receive your name, mobile number, email address, the services you chose and your message. We send one email to our team and a confirmation to you, and keep a copy of the request on our server so we can reply to it.
Cookies and your browser
- The request form uses one cookie,
site_session, as a security token. It is not used to track you. - Your theme and currency choices are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.

- to provide and maintain our hosting services;

Keeping your data secure
We protect your personal information with encryption, firewalls and regular security assessments.

When a service ends, we keep its data for 30 days so you can export it, then erase it as our backups rotate. A service ended for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy may be erased at once where legal or security reasons require it.
